Your Role

Styling and Guest Experience

• Deliver signature blow dries, precision haircuts, expert color treatments, and trend-forward styling services.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, treatment guidance, and aftercare routines based on each guest’s needs.
• Promote salon services and products while helping guests select suitable treatments for their hair type and preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond professionally to requests, build relationships, and resolve complaints tactfully.
• Advise guests about contraindications and product sensitivities that may make treatments unsuitable.

Team Leadership

• Train and mentor stylists, oversee their development, and ensure they meet Duck & Dry styling and service standards.
• Facilitate regular skills sessions, monitor performance, encourage continuous improvement, and support team motivation.
• Cultivate a collaborative salon atmosphere and educate guests and team members on product use, styling, and maintenance.

Salon Operations

• Manage appointment schedules, simultaneous services, stylist rotas, and daily workflow to maintain punctual and efficient service.
• Oversee salon appearance, organization, hygiene protocols, health and safety, and workstation readiness.
• Ensure tools are sterilized and styling stations are stocked, clean, safe, organized, and ready for use.
• Manage inventory of styling products and tools and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate guest health checks, sales records, and other required team paperwork.

Commercial and Management Duties

• Upsell hair services and recommend products through tailored suggestions that support guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Monitor service revenue and retail sales and identify opportunities to exceed financial targets.
• Collaborate with Duck & Dry and Asaya management on marketing, promotions, and client retention programs.
• Communicate operational challenges and guest feedback to the Wellness Manager or Director of Wellness.
• Respect guest confidentiality and stay alert to feedback and emerging trends to improve the salon experience.

• Deliver high-end styling services including blow dries, precision haircuts, and color treatments.
• Provide personalized consultations, product recommendations, and hair aftercare guidance.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop stylists to meet Duck & Dry styling and service standards.
• Manage salon operations, appointment flow, schedules, inventory, and workstation readiness.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, health, safety, and salon presentation standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Monitor service revenue and retail sales while supporting commercial goals.
