What You Will Do
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain excellent customer service.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue.
- Handle guest relations and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier management.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
- Prepare reports and communicate with senior management regarding performance.
What You Will Bring
Previous experience in authentic / fine dining Japanese cuisine restaurant.
Full proficiency in Japanese language.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
