About the Location
Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is a luxury beachfront property in Doha with restaurants, bars, spa, beach, pools, apartments, and residences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products according to approved recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.
- Perform mixing, baking, decorating, finishing, and other bakery and pastry production processes.
- Monitor daily production requirements and prepare assigned items on time.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion and cost control.
- Operate and maintain bakery and pastry equipment and report defects or maintenance needs.
- Support the Bakery and Pastry Chef during daily operations, functions, and special events.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or management.
What You Bring
- Experience in a luxury restaurant or related field.
- A background in French pastry is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good eye and attention to detail.
