What You Will Do

• Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
• Supervise and train staff to support excellent customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue.
• Handle guest relations and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier management.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for seamless service.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate with senior management.

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in an authentic or fine-dining Japanese cuisine restaurant.
• Full proficiency in Japanese.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer focus and attention to detail.
