Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will lead restaurant operations, team performance, guest relations, financial controls, inventory, suppliers, and service coordination.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
- Supervise and train staff, handle guest relations, and resolve complaints.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, optimize revenue, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance, and oversee inventory, ordering, and suppliers.
- Implement promotions and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in an authentic or fine-dining Japanese cuisine restaurant.
- Full proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer focus and attention to detail.
