Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will lead restaurant operations, team performance, guest relations, financial controls, inventory, suppliers, and service coordination.

What You Will Do

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
  • Supervise and train staff, handle guest relations, and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, optimize revenue, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance, and oversee inventory, ordering, and suppliers.
  • Implement promotions and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in an authentic or fine-dining Japanese cuisine restaurant.
  • Full proficiency in Japanese.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer focus and attention to detail.
