  • Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding, operates an exceptional portfolio of 29 properties across 11 countries.
  • Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels along a two kilometre stretch of private coastline.
  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager to join Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, service excellence, and smooth day to day performance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive culture, high engagement, and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, health, safety, and hygiene compliance across all restaurant operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency and product availability.
  • Analyze business performance, guest feedback, and market trends to implement improvements, increase profitability, and support commercial objectives.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience within a reputable hospitality or food & beverage environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high performing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
