Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, service excellence, and smooth day to day performance.

- Analyze business performance, guest feedback, and market trends to implement improvements, increase profitability, and support commercial objectives.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience within a reputable hospitality or food & beverage environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high performing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
