Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily restaurant operations to meet company standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; administer corrective action as needed
- Develop and manage employee schedules in accordance with labor budgets and business needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and workplace safety standards
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and control cost of goods sold
- Analyze financial reports (sales, labor, food cost) and implement action plans to meet budgeted targets
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Maintain accurate records related to cash handling, deposits, and daily sales reporting
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in quick service or fast casual restaurants
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting
- Food Safety Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe) required or must be obtained within 30/60 days of hire
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment, including exposure to heat and noise
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English Fluently & Nepalese (Required)
