- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Recommend drinks and menu items to guests based on their preferences
- Ensure consistency in beverage presentation and taste
- Monitor beverage inventory and report shortages to management
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and utensils
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with UAE regulations
- Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation where required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, café, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, coffee beverages, and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Basic mathematical and cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Hindi & English (Required)

Position Summary

- Create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, café, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, coffee beverages, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Basic mathematical and cash handling skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Hospitality or beverage related certification (Preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory control and beverage costing (Preferred).
- Experience using POS systems (Preferred).
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and regulations (Preferred).
