Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, countertops, and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning procedures
- Empty garbage bins and dispose of waste according to health and safety guidelines
- Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when required
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
- Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety hazards
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary
