- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take dine in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and specials
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and cashier counter
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, team oriented mindset, and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English
