Overview
Laduree by French Spirit Coffee Shop seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure high standards of food quality and customer service. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting to achieve financial targets
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
