Hostess

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same role.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic or Russian speaker would be an advantage.
• High levels of personal grooming.
• Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
• Can join immediately; preference is given to candidates on a visit or cancelled visa.
• Flexible to work in any location within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards.
• Meet and greet all guests warmly and remain attentive throughout their stay.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs while remaining attentive but not intrusive.
• Take telephone reservations and provide accurate information to guests.
• Seat customers efficiently and manage expectations regarding waiting times.
• Manage restaurant flow and allocate customers to waiting staff and sections.
• Assist waiting staff during busy periods without affecting guest welcome and service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to describe and recommend products.
• See customers to the exit, thank them, and invite them to return.
• Complete customer database cards and other administration accurately and promptly.
• Carry out additional tasks requested by management.
