Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies, and other pastries.
- Decorate pastries using different icings and toppings to meet branch presentation standards.
- Monitor stocks of baking ingredients such as flour and sugar.
- Check the quality of materials and the condition of cooking equipment and devices.
- Know and respect HACCP rules.
Requirements
- At least two years of total relevant experience in the catering industry.
- Ability to communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
- In-depth knowledge of produce and food preparation.
- Interest and enthusiasm in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of and adherence to HACCP rules.
- Motivation to learn luxury pastry.
- A valid UAE visa is stated in the source.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
