Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies, and other pastries.
- Decorate pastries using different icings and toppings to meet branch presentation standards.
- Monitor stocks of baking ingredients such as flour and sugar.
- Check the quality of materials and the condition of cooking equipment and devices.
- Know and respect HACCP rules.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in the catering, hotel, or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of and compliance with HACCP rules.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
