Job Description
- As a Hostess, you greet and seat guests, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering memorable first impressions.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm welcome: Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Manage seating and reservations: Coordinate guest seating, maintain reservation lists, and ensure efficient table management to provide a smooth dining experience.
- Enhance the guest experience: Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and proactively look for ways to make every visit memorable.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team: Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized reception area: Keep the host stand, waiting area, and entrance clean, welcoming, and well organized at all times.
