We are hiring for Resident Engineer- SCADA to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.
Employment Type
- Long term Contract - 12 months & extendable
Role Summary
We are looking for this role to execute the design, deployment and configuration of SCADA platforms, including IT hosting, DC containers, OTN infrastructure, and substation systems.
The role involves hands-on implementation, L2 support, and integration of control room technologies, AV systems, and weather stations.
Job Description
- Prepare and Validate Design, Deployment and configuration SCADA platforms and related infrastructure.
- Ensure validity of overall technical solution
- Supervision of SCADA, PLC, and DCS installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Review & Validate instrumentation documents, such as I/O Lists, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Instrument Index, and System Architecture
- Preparation of all relevant documentation for material receipt, inspection and installation ensuring Customer compliance and HSE policy requirements are met.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and AV systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
