Role overview
The Resident Engineer oversees and manages construction activities on site.
The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Workplace and schedule
- This is a full-time, on-site role working six days per week.
Construction and coordination
- Manage daily construction operations in line with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Lead engineers, inspectors, and site-based execution personnel.
- Supervise and guide contractors to meet project and local authority requirements.
