Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Inspector role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The inspector will support project quality, specification compliance, and safety through on-site inspection activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections and quality control checks.
- Work with the design team to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Document findings and report issues.
- Collaborate with contractors to address concerns.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of total experience and at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience with five-star hospitality, high-rise, or villa and townhouse developments.
- Experience working with consultancy firms.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, architectural design principles, and construction practices.
- Experience performing on-site inspections and quality control checks.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Building inspector or LEED AP certification is a plus.
