Employment and Workplace
- This is a full-time role located in Dubai, UAE.
- The role is on-site and follows a six-day workweek.
Responsibilities
- Support the project team with planning functions and ensure programme issues are highlighted and understood.
- Review contractor programmes, provide comments, address concerns, and make recommendations to the Project Director or client.
- Report programme non-compliance between clients, partners, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide planning advice and direction to project team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Produce programme assurance reports for the client.
- Deliver periodic programme updates and provide input to project reports.
- Monitor site progress daily, weekly, and monthly and prepare monthly client reports.
- Determine contractor eligibility for claims and time extensions.
- Complete other tasks instructed by the Project Director or Planning and Risk Manager.
Qualifications
- 15 or more years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience on five-star hotel and other hospitality projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Knowledge and proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications, including Primavera, is required.
- Experience with architectural and engineering consultancies is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
