The company opened its first international office in Dubai in 2004 and operates across the Middle East and Asia.
Position Overview
This is a full-time Structural BIM Modeler position located in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for structural components including concrete, steel, and foundations in Revit.
- Produce coordinated structural drawings for submissions at concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and IFC stages.
- Collaborate with Structural Engineers to reflect design intent and adapt models as designs progress.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and MEP models using Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Assist with LOD planning and ensure models meet expected standards for each design phase.
- Apply project naming conventions, templates, and Revit family standards.
- Incorporate structural analysis outputs and update models based on structural calculations and engineer feedback.
- Maintain model version control and track revisions using project common data environments such as BIM 360 or Aconex.
- Participate in coordination meetings, model reviews, and model QA/QC activities.
- Work with the BIM Supervisor to optimize workflows and contribute to the internal BIM knowledge base.
