Role Description
The Mechanical Inspector will conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and oversee construction management.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of total experience.
- At least five years of experience on five-star hotel, residential, villas, or townhouses development projects.
- Experience in site inspections and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
- Experience in construction management.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in civil inspection and quality control are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical site inspections for the Dubai project.
- Ensure quality control across project activities.
- Oversee construction management activities.
