Associate Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure brand standards and Food and Beverage Essentials are implemented.
- Respond to consumer audit results and implement relevant changes.
- Work flexibly with outlet associates and other departments to support resident satisfaction.
- Maintain par stocks of equipment and guest supplies.
- Seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages according to established procedures.
- Present menus, answer enquiries, and recommend food and beverage combinations.
- Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
- Use the Micros System and perform cashiering, billing, payment verification, and cash handling.
- Assist the Residences Butler team with residence setup and resident requests when needed.
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly resident events and activities.
- Train team members on processes, SOPs, and service standards.
