Role Overview
Support the success of the residences lounge and resident satisfaction.
Implement Rosewood brand standards, Food and Beverage Essentials, LQA, Forbes, and sequence-of-service standards.
Work flexibly with outlet associates, departments, and the Residences Butler team.
Guest Service and Lounge Operations
- Seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages according to established procedures.
- Present menus, answer enquiries, and recommend food, beverage, and service options.
- Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
- Maintain par stocks of equipment and guest supplies.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and recommend combinations and upselling alternatives.
Cashiering and Payments
- Use the Micros System, compute bills, and accept guest payments.
- Perform cashier duties as required and verify cash received.
- Verify credit cards before accepting them and follow Finance Department cash-handling policies.
