- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure accurate room inventory management
- Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in reservations or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
