- Supervise daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas
- Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations
- Supervise and train F&B colleagues, providing guidance on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Assist in implementing and maintaining F&B promotions and events to attract and retain guests
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests
- Contribute to development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B department
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals and enhance overall departmental performance
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies
Requirements
- Experience in F&B supervision or similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
