- Supervise daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas
- Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations
- Supervise and train F&B colleagues on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Assist in implementing and maintaining F&B promotions and events
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the F&B department
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals and enhance departmental performance
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position Summary
