Job Description

  • Handle all room reservation enquiries to required standard.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all reservations.
  • Maximize revenue potential through upselling and increasing length of stay.
  • Answer telephone before 3rd ring following Novotel & Adagio techniques.
  • Follow up administration of reservations thoroughly.
  • Transform information requests into potential reservations.
  • Present brand and loyalty program (ALL) to guests.
  • Enter reservation details precisely and correctly.
  • Ensure information is passed to concerned team members.
  • Confirm reservations with careful written communications.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel and local services.
  • Attend training and meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 2 years experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales, preferably in hospitality.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Detail oriented with multitasking ability in fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills and independent decision making.
