Requirements
- Minimum of 1 2 years experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales, preferably in hospitality
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions independently

Job Description
- Handle all room reservation enquiries to required standard.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all reservations.
- Maximize revenue potential through upselling and increasing length of stay.
- Answer telephone before 3rd ring following Novotel & Adagio techniques.
- Follow up administration of reservations thoroughly.
- Transform information requests into potential reservations.
- Present brand and loyalty program (ALL) to guests.
- Enter reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Ensure information is passed to concerned team members.
- Confirm reservations with careful written communications.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel and local services.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Detail oriented with multitasking ability in fast paced environment.
