- Conduct tests and experiments and data collection to support research activities
- Carry out routine tasks accurately following strict methodologies according to established protocols and procedures
- Perform data analysis using software programs
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments
- Maintain experimental data and laboratory reports/procedures
- Order and maintain sufficient laboratory supplies and materials as well as keep general tidiness and laboratory cleanliness
- Train students and trainees in basic laboratory techniques
- Follow all laboratory safety rules and regulations
- Follow all hospital related policies and procedures
- Participate in self and others education, training and development, as applicable
