Position Overview
- The Laboratory of Applied Nonlinear Dynamics (L.A.N.D.) within the Division of Engineering at New York University Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Research Scientist position, with a start date of January 2026.
- The successful candidate will have prior research experience, both computational and experimental, in the broad field of nonlinear mechanics.
- Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in machine learning, wave propagation, metamaterials, and/or fluid–structure interactions.

- At least 5 years of experience.
