Overview
- Coordinating between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules and work programs
- Tracking project progress and generating regular progress reports
- Assisting in project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation
- Ensuring timely submission and tracking of drawings, reports, and documentation
- Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and correspondences
- Supporting project managers in day-to-day coordination and execution activities
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Identifying potential delays/risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Monitoring milestones and ensuring adherence to project deadlines
- Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of construction / fit-out processes
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and documentation control
