Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on site
- Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor daily site progress and report to Project/Site Engineer
- Coordinate between civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting teams
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Assist in scheduling materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
- Ensure quality control of all MEP works
- Enforce HSE standards at the site
- Conduct inspections before consultant/client approval
- Supervise and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Maintain daily site reports and assist in preparing inspection requests and as built drawings
- Guide and motivate site technicians and helpers
Requirements
- Experience in MEP coordination and supervision
- Knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Familiarity with HSE standards
