Job Purpose

  • Driving sales of properties. Generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing sales.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and contribute to overall sales targets.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Identify potential customers and actively generate new business leads through various channels.
  • Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales.
  • Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry news.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams.

Academic Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field
  • Fresher 0 2 years
