Job Purpose

  • To provide operational and field support to the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, conducting field visits, and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Conduct field visits to customer sites and under construction locations to support sales initiatives and promote the company’s product range.
  • Assist in establishing strong relationships with end users, electricians, contractors, and distributors to support sales objectives.
  • Process orders, quotations, and contracts accurately in line with company standards.
  • Distribute promotional materials and sales brochures during field visits.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, product feedback, and the status of construction sites during field visits.
  • Prepare and maintain sales activity reports, site visit summaries, and customer interaction logs.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP systems.

Academic Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute or any relevant field
  • 2 to 4 Years of experience
