The Value You Deliver
- Develop and deliver scorecards, dashboards, and storyboards.
- Interpret primary and secondary data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Produce ongoing reporting on scorecard trends, performance, and issues.
- Improve scorecards and identify opportunities for automation and data remodeling.
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Visualization design and dashboard development using tools such as Tableau or Power BI are preferred.
- Programming and data sourcing or integration skills using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, Python, or R are preferred.
- Experience implementing business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience designing scorecards, dashboards, and KPI measures for business use.
- Experience building storyboards for executive reporting.
- Ability to balance customer service, probing and questioning skills, and sound business judgment.
- Ability to navigate large datasets and conduct trend analysis.
- Expertise in MS Office applications.
Expertise Required
- 1 to 3 years of overall experience.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Location and Schedule
- The role is located in Bangalore.
- The employee should be flexible to work in any shift.
