Role Overview

Operations and Project Delivery

• Own P&L and commercial performance for the project portfolio, including cost optimization, productivity, cash flow, and profitability.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover across the EPC lifecycle.
• Drive project performance through resource planning, risk management, cost control, schedule management, and productivity improvement.
• Resolve critical project issues and support early completion of strategic projects.

Stakeholder and Commercial Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and strategic partners.

Organization and Growth

• Build a strong execution organization and develop multidisciplinary teams for large-scale transmission and distribution projects.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, repeat orders, and long-term growth in the Saudi oil and gas transmission and distribution market.

Requirements

• Experience leading oil and gas transmission and distribution operations and EPC project execution.
• Experience overseeing multiple EHV or HV substation and transmission EPC projects.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, quality, HSE, and contractual requirements across a project portfolio.
• Experience owning P&L and commercial performance, including cost optimization, cash flow, and profitability.
• Experience with resource planning, risk management, cost control, schedule management, and productivity improvement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary execution teams and build an effective project delivery organization.
• Experience managing relationships and negotiations with consultants, contractors, suppliers, customers, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
