- Assist with loading and unloading customer pick ups and stocking product shelves
- Check invoices, ensure pricing accuracy, and balance funds at end of day
- Open and close the branch when needed
- Monitor rental equipment and saleable goods inventory
- Follow workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Familiarity with construction equipment and building products
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Self starter with time management and planning skills
- Experience with Systematics is an asset
- Technical understanding of CAT equipment is an asset

Position Overview
- Battlefield Equipment Rentals, part of Toromont Industries Ltd., is Canada's leading construction equipment rental company.
- The Rental Coordinator is a key team member ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the face of the branch by engaging with customers through phone, email, and face to face interactions.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns by preparing paperwork and contracts.
- Assist with loading and unloading customer pick ups and keeping product shelves stocked.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive work environment.
- Wrap up each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.
- Open and close the branch when needed.
- Monitor rental equipment and saleable goods inventory.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience with Systematics is an asset.
