Responsibilities
- Re establish, qualify and maintain contact with customers to increase sales
- Proactively generate service and equipment sales leads and manage accounts in an assigned territory through weekly communication
- Employ a disciplined call campaign, update customer account information and develop relationships to maintain accurate account and machine profiles
- Promote all aspects of the Dealership
- Prospect new business within the assigned territory and qualify opportunities
- Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions
- Develop customer quotes and tenders from recommendations made by Technicians and assist with quotes for new contracts
- Maintain Quote Log System ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided
- Administer sales processes and systems including call reports, weekly call plans and other administrative duties
- Assist with the development and administration of annual territory plans and focus account plans for marketing programs
- Ensure all sales tools and market intelligence remain current and develop new tools to increase product exposure
- Establish attainable monthly and yearly objectives intended to reinforce continuous improvement and achievement toward Company goals
Requirements
- Post Secondary degree in Geomatics, Engineering, Construction Management and/or Electronics preferred, but any Post Secondary education will be considered
- Field experience in Civil Construction & Engineering, familiarity with construction processes and technology
- Experience with GPS/GNSS RTK survey solutions, survey theory and heavy equipment
- Sales experience in the construction industry preferred
- Effective Communication Skills
- Positive Attitude

Job Description
- SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join us at our Burlington location.
- SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is Canada’s largest dealership for Trimble construction equipment.
- Our team at SITECH understands how to apply Trimble technology to effectively solve some of the biggest challenges customers are facing on the construction site.
- SITECH helps civil engineering and construction customers leverage technology systems for their entire fleet of heavy equipment and survey needs.
- The successful candidate will be immersed in a world of 2D/3D Grade Control technology, Heavy Equipment, Construction Software Solutions, and Site Positioning Survey Equipment.
In a typical day, YOU will:

Must haves for this role:

Base Salary
- Base Salary: CAD 45,000 CAD 90,000 Annually depending on experience + Competitive Commission Plan.
Schedule
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
