Join the team as a Sales Advisor focused on car rental sales, client relationships, and new business opportunities.
The role is based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, reports to the Sales Supervisor or Branch Manager, and is full-time.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify corporate and individual customers and promote rental services through business development activities.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Present rental packages, promotions, and services and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable rental solutions.
- Coordinate bookings, including vehicle delivery and return.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports covering leads, pipeline, performance, and customer feedback.
- Maintain current knowledge of the fleet, rental policies, promotions, and industry updates.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Two to five years of proven car rental industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with Speed System software and sales tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to multitask.
- Fluent in English; professional Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.
