Vesla Rent A Car / MRM Investment LLC is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead automotive marketing activities.
The role aims to increase vehicle sales, brand awareness, showroom traffic, and customer engagement across dealership or automotive brand operations.
The position reports to the Branch Manager and is based at Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase vehicle sales and showroom traffic.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee website performance, inventory listings, and lead generation.
- Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and vehicle launches.
- Manage CRM, SPEED system, and lead follow-up with sales teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, advertising agencies, and OEM marketing programs.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in the automotive or car industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and vehicle sales through marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics.
- Experience with CRM systems and automotive marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership marketing experience with new or used vehicles.
- Experience with OEM programs such as Toyota, Honda, or Ford.
- Knowledge of automotive inventory and pricing strategies.
- Graphic design or video marketing experience.
Employment and Compensation
- The role is full-time.
- Salary is negotiable.
