Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR)

We need someone who isn't afraid to reach out to strangers and start a conversation. Your job is outbound prospecting — finding the right people, reaching out through email, phone, and social, and booking qualified meetings for the team. You're not closing deals; you're opening doors.

This is a great fit for someone early in their sales career who wants real startup experience, or someone already in sales who wants a flexible side opportunity with equity upside. We'll give you the tools, the messaging, and the target list — you bring the hustle and the follow-through.

You've reviewed our target audience and understand who we're trying to reach

You've gotten access to outreach tools and started familiarizing yourself with the sequences

You've sent your first batch of outreach messages

You've attended your first team meeting and understand how pipeline is tracked

The team knows who you are, why you're here, and how you'll work together

Prospect and research — identify and qualify potential leads that match our target audience

Outbound outreach — reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to start conversations

Book qualified meetings — your goal is to generate conversations for the sales team, not to close

Follow up relentlessly — most deals come from the 3rd, 4th, 5th touchpoint; persistence is the job

Track everything — log all activity and conversations in the CRM so nothing gets lost

Previous SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience

Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Not a closer — you're opening doors, not negotiating contracts

Not a marketing role — you're doing 1-to-1 outreach, not campaigns

Not expected to have all the answers — we'll arm you with messaging and playbooks; you execute
