About the Role

- Orchestrate end to end release readiness across web, mobile, and backend platforms
- Embed and evolve best practices across Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years across PMO, release management or Program delivery roles
- Degree qualified
- Proven experience in managing large scale, multi system digital releases using SQL, Microsoft SQL Servers, Oracle DBMS
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and enterprise delivery governance
- Experience in ServiceNow (preferred)

About the Role
- This is a high impact role where you’ll sit at the heart of delivery, partnering across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Testing, and Operations to ensure releases are well executed and aligned to business priorities.
- You'll be leading enterprise wide release governance and PMO assurance, ensuring all releases are predictable, coordinated, and business ready.
