About the Role
First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer for POS Loans and Merchant Acquiring to meet sales targets, acquire new clients, and ensure superior onboarding. Requires 3-5 years banking experience and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives
- Ensure penetration in the market through focus on New To Bank acquisition and solicit existing clientele
- Do proper analysis of the case and provide all related information after field visit
- Ensure strict adherence to all KYC, Compliance policies and processes
- Maintain Daily Sales Reports on sales performance for review
Requirements
- POS Loans experience is a must
- 3 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Industry
- University Degree / MBA / PGDM / Sales diploma or certification preferable
- Good convincing and negotiating skills

Job Purpose
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives
- Ensure penetration in the market through focus on New To Bank acquisition as well as solicit existing clientele
- Do proper analysis of the case and provide all related information of the customer after the field visit is done
- To be familiar with all policies, products and processes to ensure superior client on boarding experience
- To proactively participate in Learning, Development and training programmes of the bank
- Ensure strict adherence to all KYC, Compliance policies and other processes as stipulated
Qualifications
- POS Loans experience is a must
- Requires good convincing and Negotiating Skills
- Continuous suggestions on Changes and ways of improving FAB Products
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with all colleagues
- Identify any cross Selling opportunity for Other Business Divisions of the Bank
- University Degree / MBA / PGDM / Sales diploma or certification preferable
- 3 5 years of experience in Banking or in a Financial Industry
