Role Overview
- We are looking for a client focused, sales driven, and highly organized Relationship Manager to promote, sell, and manage Smart Zone's concierge and business support services.
Sales & Business Development
- Actively promote and sell concierge and business support services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, achieve monthly targets.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Client Relationship & Service Coordination
- Manage clients from onboarding through service completion.
- Collect, review, and verify required documents.
- Coordinate appointments for medical exams, biometrics, Emirates ID, embassy visits.
- Liaise with internal teams, PROs, and external partners.
- Track service progress and proactively update clients.
- Handle client inquiries professionally.
- Accompany clients to external appointments when required.
