Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership in executing strategic business priorities and initiatives
- Lead and coordinate cross functional business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
- Monitor business KPIs and prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates
- Identify operational risks and escalation points, providing recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and accountability
- Manage project timelines, documentation, action trackers, and follow up activities
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams on business initiatives and due diligence activities
- Review and monitor contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation in collaboration with legal advisors
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, and executive priorities
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including itineraries, visa documentation, accommodation, and related logistics
- Handle confidential and sensitive business information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Strategy, or similar role
- Experience managing cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to investment, legal, corporate governance, or finance related projects is highly desirable
- PMP or other recognised Project Management certification is an advantage
- Fluent English required; additional languages like Italian are an advantage

Job Purpose
- We are seeking a highly capable and driven EA to work closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic execution, cross functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
- This role requires strong project management skills, experience coordinating complex business initiatives, and exposure to investment, finance, and legal matters.
- The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring priorities remain aligned, projects are delivered on time, and key business objectives are achieved in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership in executing strategic business priorities and initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross functional business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor business KPIs and prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates.

- Maintain oversight of key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and accountability.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, action trackers, and follow up activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams on business initiatives and due diligence activities.
- Review and monitor contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation in collaboration with internal or external legal advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of business critical documentation and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Strategy, or a similar role.
- Experience managing cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to investment, legal, corporate governance, or finance related projects is highly desirable.
- PMP or another recognised Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Experience using business collaboration and project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building abilities.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
