Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a highly capable and driven EA to work closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic execution, cross functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • This role requires strong project management skills, experience coordinating complex business initiatives, and exposure to investment, finance, and legal matters.
  • The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring priorities remain aligned, projects are delivered on time, and key business objectives are achieved in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support executive leadership in executing strategic business priorities and initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross functional business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor business KPIs and prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
  • Identify operational risks and escalation points, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain oversight of key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and accountability.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, action trackers, and follow up activities.
  • Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams on business initiatives and due diligence activities.
  • Review and monitor contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation in collaboration with internal or external legal advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of business critical documentation and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Strategy, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to investment, legal, corporate governance, or finance related projects is highly desirable.
  • PMP or another recognised Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience using business collaboration and project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building abilities.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
