Job Purpose

  • We are a fast growing Business Setup, Tax, and Accounting Consulting firm based in the UAE, seeking an experienced and well connected Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and closing business within the UAE business setup, corporate tax, VAT, and accounting/advisory services space.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for business setup, corporate tax, VAT, accounting, and advisory services across mainland and free zone jurisdictions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with entrepreneurs, SME owners, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of referral partners.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive follow up and smooth handover to service delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 6–7 years of experience in business development/sales, specifically within a UAE based business setup, tax, or accounting consulting firm (mandatory).
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consulting/professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business setup processes (mainland, free zone, offshore).
  • Working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and general accounting/advisory service offerings.
  • Familiarity with UAE free zones, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Existing network of contacts/referral sources within the UAE business community is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
