Support Unit Managers in managing complex multi-product Group relationships with turnover above AED 3 billion.

Assist with deal origination and coordinate between clients and product teams during mandate execution.
Responsibilities
- Work with Credit Relationship Managers on financial analysis, credit risk assessment, risk rating, and facility structuring.
- Prepare new, renewal, and amendment Credit Proposals and liaise with WRM and Compliance to resolve queries.
- Facilitate transactions and address operational or documentation requirements to maximize approved credit limits.
- Provide backup to the Unit Manager in executing relationship strategy and account plans.
- Review the portfolio and recommend credit facilities aligned with bank credit policy while containing risk.
- Maintain timely, high-quality Credit Proposal turnaround.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients at decision-making level.
- Maintain an active pipeline focused on new-to-bank transactions and business.
- Monitor borrower conduct and highlight early warning signals to support portfolio quality.
- Remain vigilant for suspected money laundering and escalate cases to the Unit Manager and Group MLRO.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong credit and marketing skills are required, with understanding of economic trends and regional and global financial markets.
- In-depth understanding of multiple banking product areas is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the bank’s policies and operating systems is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication ability is required.
