Job Purpose
The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the KCC customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for NTB clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing KCC customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped accounts and also proactively identify potential business opportunities.
- Establish closely connect with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings.
- Generate new sales leads for KCC customers through referrals from existing clients, brokers, etc.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers for KCC with a detail understanding of Credit assessment.
- Leverage knowledge on Liability, Fx, Trade and Client Relationship, Delinquency management, Relationship management and Analytical mind-set to increase volume of business.
- Managing portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals enhancement, retention and ensure Portfolio Hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants.
- Develop a superior working relationship with Branch banking for cross leveraging and synergy optimization and work within the Overall Bank Eco System with other Stakeholders.
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers.
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of Financial statements, Credit Assessment and title- security documents.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
- Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
- Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
Education Qualification
- Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
