• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• - Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
• - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• - Relevant certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or IRDAI will be an added advantage
