Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Role of Relationship Manager, based in Dubai.

The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify client needs, and offer tailored real estate solutions.

Responsibilities include overseeing property transactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

The role also involves following up on client inquiries, preparing and presenting proposals, and staying updated with real estate market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, customer engagement, and communication.
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and implementing strategies for property management and leasing.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, property regulations, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in real estate or brokerage roles is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
