Role Description
- Support clients through the full property transaction lifecycle, including prospecting, listing, marketing, and closing residential and commercial deals.
- Source and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, advise clients on market conditions, and negotiate sale and lease agreements.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local real estate regulations, off plan opportunities, and current inventory.
- Ensure accurate documentation and CRM records.
- This is an on site role located in the United Arab Emirates, requiring regular presence at DRE offices and properties within Dubai Hills Estate and surrounding communities.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and strong foundation in Real Estate practices.
- Proven Sales skills and experience working with Real Property transactions.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in the United Arab Emirates real estate market, especially Dubai communities, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple listings, and meet performance targets in a fast paced environment.
- Comfort using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software.
- High ethical standards, professional appearance, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
